I just received my HBC set,clock and thermometer for my Yamaha V Star 1100.I ordered on Monday and I installed them on Friday.
They look great,one of the best accessories I have put on the bike.
These are the second set I have purchased from you in a month.
The first set went on a Yamaha V Star 650 and did they dress up the bike.Again I ordered on Monday,had them on by Friday.What great customer service.It was a pleasure doing business with you.As my riding buddies see how great my bikes look,I hope they will follow suit and get their set. I received the replacement clock today and am impressed with your timely and helpful response.  It is nice to do business with a class act in today's very troubled business environment.

To whom should I return the original unit?  Should it be insured or simply returned by mail?  I would be happy to take care of that right away.  Just let me know.  By the way; the replacement unit appears to be working fine.

Just wanted to let you know that I got the replacement light that you sent to replace the DOA I received on my last order. You guys give great service, and I very much love (and promote) your products. When I get this last light hooked up, I'll send you some photos for your use any way you see fit.

Thanks you for your recent courtesy is sending me additional screws for your handlebar mounted clock and thermometer.  My “concrete” floor has magical properties to cause dropped items to disappear!

While I’m on the topic, I have purchased a number of your products over the past two years for biker friends and have received any number of compliments on the obvious quality and styling of your “gauges”.  My best ridding buddy is difficult to buy for as he obsesses over his bike.  I bought him your Road King Swivel Fork Lock Clock as a birthday gift and he absolutely loved it – he turned right around and bought one for his brother.  I hope a number of friends who have asked, “Hey TK, were did you find that clock” (Thunder Press) have sent some business your way.

Got my new bike clock and it fit and looks t-riffic....THANKS! I'm a huge fan of your product(s).

You guys are a class act and very professional.  I rode the old clock on my bike from the very start and it made over 91,000 miles with me.  I just hope, me, my bike, and my Marlin clock can do another 91,000 and see the roads and enjoy the experiences we already have.

Had taken my old one out to replace the battery and then just stuck it back in for a ride.  I didn't make sure it was secure in the mount and it just came out and went bouncing down the road someplace.  Was totally my fault.

Anyhow, again - thank you for the great service.
